Red Lobster has also been selling non-gluten-free versions of its biscuit mix, including variations like rosemary garlic, at retailers like Target for a while now. The chain restaurant announced that starting this month, they will be selling a gluten-free version of their biscuit mix at Walmart stores nationwide. Spoon or brush 1 teaspoon garlic herb butter sauce onto each hot biscuit. Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl, add garlic herb blend and stir until well blended. Bake 14-16 minutes or until golden brown on top. Scoop dough immediately into 8-10 portions (about 1/4 cup each) and place 2 inches apart onto prepared baking sheet. Stir together water, cheese and biscuit mix until dough forms (do not overmix). Line baking sheet with parchment paper or spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
